Rental Critera

1.

No bankruptcies within the past three years (discharged must be three years from date).

No 90-Day, 120-Day, etc. delinquencies in the past three years (even if current).

5.

No charge-off accounts in the past three years

7.

Maximum of one unsatisfied civil judgment in the past three years.

9.

Maximum of one collection over $700.00.

11.

Overall 80% good credit rating reflecting over the past three years.

Rent cannot exceed 33% of your gross monthly income (e.g. if your chosen unit is $1000.00 per month, your gross monthly income must average $3000.00).

4.

No evictions in the past seven years.

6.

No foreclosures in the past seven years.

8.

Maximum of two late rental or mortgage payments in the last seven years.

10.

No negative residential history (paid or unpaid) in the past seven years.

12.

Must be continually employed for twelve months or more (can be with separate employers).
